Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To provide every guest with an exceptional salon experience, we kindly ask that you respect the following cancellation policy. - Appointments canceled or rescheduled must be requested at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. - Clients who cancel within 24 hours of their scheduled appointment or fail to attend (no-show) will forfeit their non-refundable booking deposit. - In addition to the forfeited deposit, clients will be charged a 30% cancellation fee based on the remaining balance of the scheduled service(s). - The 30% cancellation fee is ABSOLUTELY NON-REFUNDABLE and must be paid in full before any future appointments can be scheduled. - Each client is permitted one (1) rescheduled appointment. Any additional reschedule requests will require a new non-refundable booking deposit and are subject to appointment availability.
